- Upfront Payment: A 100% upfront payment is required for Nibera to commence work on an order. This payment enables Nibera to allocate the necessary time and resources to deliver high-quality deliverables that meet the customer’s expectations.
- Refund Policy: If a customer is unsatisfied with the final product, Nibera offers a 50% refund of the total payment made. Nibera is committed to working with customers to address any concerns and make necessary revisions to meet their requirements.
Payment Methods:
- PayPal: Customers can securely process their payment using PayPal, a trusted and widely accepted online payment platform.
- Direct Bank Transfer: Nibera also accepts direct bank transfers. Customers are requested to contact Nibera for further details regarding the bank transfer process.
Completion and Delivery:
Upon receipt of the upfront payment, Nibera will promptly begin working on the order. Throughout the process, Nibera will maintain open communication with the customer, providing updates on the project’s progress via email.
Invoice:
Customers requiring an official invoice for their payment can request one during the ordering process. Nibera will be happy to provide an invoice that includes the customer’s business details. The invoice will accurately reflect the payment made and serve as proof of the transaction.
Communication Policy
Nibera values open and clear communication with clients. However, due to resource constraints, Nibera regrets that Zoom calls or other video conferencing options are not available for projects with a value of less than $10,000. Nibera will make every effort to communicate with clients via email or other agreed-upon means, providing regular updates on the project’s progress. For projects with a value of $10,000 or more, Nibera may offer video conferencing or other virtual communication options, subject to availability and scheduling constraints. Please note that virtual communication is not guaranteed, and Nibera reserves the right to adjust the frequency and mode of communication as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
